During 2018 Trams escalated their storage and workflow projects with extreme success that resulted in several awards, including the most recent “EMEA Media & Entertainment Partner of the Year” from Quantum.
The award was announced during Quantum’s Elaborate conference in Barcelona with Guillaume commenting afterwards saying, “Trams, a long-time Quantum channel partner, is trusted by customers from across multiple industries such as broadcast, advertising, and sports video. Trams’ pre-sales, sales, and post-sales teams provide customers with the experience and expertise they require to manage their most challenging workflows.” - Guillaume Crapart, Senior Director, Channel Sales, Quantum
This is the eighth year in a row Trams has received an award from Quantum, reinforcing the important relationship between the two companies. Trams have been working in the M&E industry for decades and boasts a large client base of recognised brands.
Warren Peel, MD of Trams, commented, “Our Storage and Workflow projects have increased year on year. Over the last five years, we’ve made a push into the storage and infrastructure area of IT with great success. Receiving this prestigious award is a testament to our excellent consulting team and unsurpassed technical design.”
Over the years Trams has installed Quantum at BBC Northern Ireland, Hogarth Worldwide, Canis Media, plus many more. More recently, Trams completed work on a Nearline Archive and Production Disk Storage Platform for a major UK TV Broadcaster and a Geo-spread Object Storage Platform for a Global Video Distribution company.
In addition to the Quantum Award, Trams was recently the recipient of “UK Partner of the Year” from Elements for the first time ever. You can read more information on the link below.
